LoveFluent is an AI-powered date planning application that helps couples discover personalized date ideas based on their love languages. Our services include:

  • Memory journaling and achievement tracking

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lovefluent.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Paid Plans

LoveFluent offers both free and paid subscription plans. Features and limitations vary by plan and are described on our pricing page.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Refunds

Refunds may be granted at our discretion within 7 days of initial purchase. Contactsupport@lovefluent.ai for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use LoveFluent for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated means to access the service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

6. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (photos, notes, ratings). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it to provide our services.

Content Guidelines

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

LoveFluent and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AMG LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

8. AI-Generated Content

Date recommendations and suggestions are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, suitable for your specific situation, or available at suggested venues.

You are responsible for verifying venue details, hours, pricing, and availability before planning your date.

9. Third-Party Services

LoveFluent may integrate with or link to third-party services (venue information, maps, payment processing). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

LOVEFLUENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING RELATIONSHIP OUTCOMES OR THE SUCCESS OF ANY DATE RECOMMENDATIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMG LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF LOVEFLUENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMG LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of LoveFluent or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@lovefluent.ai. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
